Owatonna, MN Joseph was awarded a new $5 million rest area by the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) in June of 2016. The project includes a new 4,870 SF building and requires Joseph to meet specific goals for disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE) in addition to participation goals for women and minorities throughout the construction phase. The rest area is just south of Owatonna, MN on northbound I-90. Progress schedule requires substantial completion on July 1st of 2017.
