Masonry

Over the past decade, the masonry trade has experienced an intense labor shortage which has greatly affected the number of qualified masonry contractors in our region. Because of this, in 2013 Joseph acquired a local firm called Southern Minnesota Masonry in the hopes of developing the ability to self-perform masonry work on its projects. Self-performing this trade not only allows Joseph to better control quality, schedule and budget, but it also provides security in a scarce labor market. Lead by Masonry Foreman Doug Ball, Joseph's masonry crew currently consists of 5 brick / block layers with multiple masonry tenders that assist in the process. See below for a few past projects that highlight Joseph's masonry crew.
