Joseph has a vast amount of experience in representing owners during the pre-construction and construction phases of multi-million dollar contracts. We prefer to be the single source for our clients to design and build their individual projects. Joseph has worked with several design professionals in the past to better meet the specific needs of the owner. The pre-construction phase begins with controlling construction budget and scope. Supporting concept and design development stages follows with consultation of construction means and methods in addition to periodic cost estimating. Joseph then leads the construction phase using its own forces to complete a significant percentage of the work, while using subcontractors when necessary.
