There's a fine line in construction between creating new buildings and preserving old ones. The Martin County Courthouse of Fairmont, MN called on Joseph to give one of its most important historical landmarks a face lift. It was necessary for the County to meet current accessibility requirements (including the addition of an elevator shaft) while also preserving the classic appearance of this 100 year old structure. The project required a careful touch from the masonry crew to match new materials to the existing structure. The result of the project was a new and improved landmark, one which Fairmont can be proud of.
