Astrup Drug, Inc. owns a chain of upscale drug stores offering an array of gifts and specialty items. They came to Joseph to design/build a facility that combines their existing focus on retail and pharmaceuticals with the convenience store concept on a busy corner in downtown Owatonna.
The result was a beautiful 20,000 square foot building, built on schedule and within budget goals. The structure was strategically positioned on site to optimize exposure and access on the busiest street in town, which traverses from downtown to Interstate 90.
